Who we are
Playfully Grounded is a private pediatric occupational therapy (OT) practice founded by Elizabeth Bohn, OTR/L, dedicated to helping children thrive through play-based, evidence-driven interventions. Operating as a cash-based practice in Wisconsin, Playfully Grounded eliminates the barriers and delays often associated with insurance based care, providing families with direct access to high-quality, personalized services. Therapy is offered in-home, increasing accessibility for families across the state.
Our Founder
Elizabeth Bohn, OTR/l
Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Rehabilitation Psychology, where she competed on the cross country and track teams. From there, she continued her studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy with a certificate in assistive technology.
Elizabeth is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), board-certified OTR/L, and a Wisconsin-licensed occupational Therapist.
Elizabeth is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care that is approachable, fun, and accessible.
